🎭According to the information received, Paresh Rawal has dropped out due to script dispute. There was some uncertainty about the script of the film. Due to lack of clarity from the production team, Paresh Rawal decided to reject the contract. After this, Akshay Kumar’s production house filed a case of ₹ 25 crores against Rawal, as he had already taken the signing amount.
But in this case, Paresh Rawal has shown magnanimity and returned all the money without any objection and he also said that there should be no dispute on this.

Actress Sonakshi Sinha, who is currently working with Paresh Rawal in the film ‘Nikita Roy’, has made a big statement. She said:
> “If Paresh Rawal is not in Hera Pheri 3, then the film itself will seem incomplete. I cannot imagine this series without Baburao.”
